No Returns or Exchanges

Shipping is expensive to send something back and then out again, if you aren't sure on sizing, just send a message and we can help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it fixed.


Refund Policy on Returned Packages:

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we offer two options for resolution. Please carefully review the following terms:

  1. Refund on Product: If your package is returned to us due to an issue that is beyond your control (e.g., delivery address issues, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we will process a refund for the products in your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  2. Reshipment at Your Expense: Alternatively, you have the option to request a reshipment of your order to a corrected or alternative address. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for the reshipment. Please contact our customer support team at whatnooowaaay@gmail.com to arrange the reshipment and receive further instructions.

Return Process:

If your package is returned to us, we will reach out to you to verify the shipping address and attempt a reshipment, if applicable. If we are unable to successfully deliver the package after multiple attempts, or if you prefer a refund, we will initiate the refund process as mentioned above.
